Eileen Westerman

Eileen Westerman has served as CEO and the Manager of the Board of Directors since 2017. She has been with Intrinsic since 2011 first in the capacity of Regulatory Affairs Manager as well as of Executive Assistant to the CEO from 2015 on. Prior to her tenure with Intrinsic she was a researcher for Howard Hughes Medical Institute in both immunology and neurobiology laboratories. In her current position Eileen’s commitment for the future is to continue to focus the vision created by Mark Westerman, Founder of Intrinsic, to promote the use of hepcidin and erythroferrone diagnostics for the health care community.
